Chateau Talaud, Provence, France
We bring you the one of Burgundy’s finest white wines, the Talaud Bourgogne Blanc. Savour crisp minerality on these unwooded white wines and fall in love with Burgundy again.
For those of you who are tired of the heavy wooded Chardonnays, the Talaud Chablis is a very enjoyable Chardonnay, well balanced on the palate with a lovely lemony zing to it.
On the Red side, we present the Crozes Hermitage –a Syrah/Shiraz which is a festive blend of stewed fruits and spice.
Chateau Laudac, Bordeaux, France
From this impressive Chateau we present you their gorgeous Red Bordeaux blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. A right bank red, this wine is complex with a nose of vanilla spice and oak.  
Jean Jean , Loire Valley , France
The Loire Valley enjoys considerably more sunlight than Bordeaux and even some parts of Burgundy and thus has a reputation for much more approachable and easy drinking wines.
Jean Jean is the largest producer of Loire Valley wines and these curvaceous bottles are packed full of fruit and flavour.

Lamblin ET Fils, Chablis, France
Lamblin ET Fils are Chablis’ most awarded wine makers. Famous for this unwooded Chardonnay, their wines are reknowned for their earthy minerality with their crisp acidity.
The Petit Chablis is an excellent expression of a young unwooded Chardonnay, Golden in colour. Delicate and intense nose, based on minerality (flint) and offering citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit). Hints of peach and white fruit. Well balanced, vivid and light in the mouth, with a good attack evolving into a beautiful roundness and a long finish.
 The Bourgogne Blanc has a Pale yellow colour with a Rich fruity nose, which offers beautiful citrus fruit aromas, evolving into ripe fruits with peach dominating. This Bourgogne Chardonnay offers a good attack and is fresh and round in mouth.
The Chablis Fourchaumes is a  Premier Cru Chablis- distinguished, generous and rich. Particularly flattering floral bouquet. Beautiful and fine fresh fruit aromas, with a hint of fine minerality, typical of the Chablis terroir.

The Pastors Blend is a light ruby wine with a youthful edge. A Bordeaux blend, with the expected complexity, but because it’s Merlot-led, it has a medium bodied structure. Aromas of blackcurrants and red cherries,  some meaty notes, a light dusting of cedar.
 The Merlot has an intense ruby-red dark colour with an orange rim. Vibrant cherry-mint fruit, eucalyptus and concentrated cassis aromas on the nose. The ripeness of the fruit gives a supple , fleshy feel on the palate, the tannins are fine-grained all adding to the lushness.
Famed for its success with Chardonnay, you will enjoy the Journey’s End Haystack Chardonnay. Intensely-focused flavours showing citrus, tropical fruits and mineral tones.
